It is very important that you read the following T & C’s, that way we can assure you have a pleasant time with us and are happy with the service provided.

By using our Website, you are in an agreement that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them.

Postage

All boxed orders are posted First Class Signed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Companies used are Hermes, Royal Mail and Parcel Force. The times and delivery estimates can and will vary during peak times and holidays such as Christmas, Valentines and Bank Holidays.
Lost orders: All postage is recorded in case an order is lost. Royal Mail compensates any misplaced order; however, this will delay the re-order as a full payment needs to be refunded.

Social Media

Unless another agreement is made, pictures or videos may be put on social media and used for advertisement purposes. This is to keep up-to-date with trends in the design world and any competitor companies.
Chohan Innovations does not tolerate anti-social behaviour on any of our social media pages. If this is found, your comments will be removed and reported. In the unlikely event of you having a personal issue with Chohan Innovations, please feel free to contact the studio directly.

Samples and Orders

Colours may vary from images due to lighting exposure and environment conditions.
If a material is out of stock, your order maybe delayed. However, Chohan Innovations will make you aware of the delay and offer you an alternative.
Chohan Innovations will keep project work for a maximum of one month on file before they are disposed of. However, some copies may be kept for marketing, advertising and exhibition use. Prospective customers do not take samples from Chohan Innovations, so your details will remain safe. If you would like to opt-out from this, please let us know.
Chohan Innovations may keep customer details on file. Customer information may be kept for our own records. This is so that if you need to make a repeat order at a later date we know who you are.
Nearly all designed artworks will have a small logo and our contact details on the back. If you do not want our logo and details on the back, please state so in the early stages of designing your product.

Proof

When Chohan Innovations is advised to begin your project, we will ask you to confirm your information. It is up to you to double-check that it is all correct. Proofs will be sent to you in a AI., STL, DXF, DWG JPEG, JPG, PNG or PDF format at a 1:1 scale unless stated. Information that is given to Chohan Innovations will be copied exactly. It is not deemed the company’s responsibility to double-check your artwork, spellings, grammar or dates for you.
Chohan Innovations have the right and may ask for a deposit before proving you with proofs.
Chohan Innovations will always own the proofs. You cannot duplicate our work.
The on-screen colour may sometimes appear different to the print colours due to the colour formatting on Mac and Windows based computers. Chohan Innovations will make you aware of variations before we begin.
As always, some materials come with natural defects such as, knots and cracks in timber. Please let Chohan Innovations know if this is not desired and we will try our best to get materials without any defects. Alternatively you can supply your own materials.

Payments and Quotes

Invoices will be sent to clients directly. Invoices must be paid in full within 5 days, unless another settlement has been made. Your order cannot and will not be processed unless the payment is made in full by the specified date.
Prices quoted are always strictly confidential.
Chohan Innovations' prices can change depending on trends and holiday seasons. Therefore, a price quoted at one time may not remain for a long period.
Quotes will be valid for 15 days, including all bank holidays. Any quotes that are followed up after this period may be subject to new pricing and turnaround times.
Chohan Innovations do not take payments over the phone or through our website. We currently accept payments via bank transfer, Wave and PayPal.
Chohan Innovations do not accept cash, cheque or credit card payments.
All invoices are sent digitally to the clients email address.

Receiving orders

Upon receiving your order, please let Chohan Innovations know.
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact Chohan Innovations within 10 days.
Before orders are posted, we check for marks or damage which may have caused during the manufacturing period. However, if you receive your order and they are damaged Chohan Innovations will assess and deal with the occurrence accordingly.

Hire Service

Chohan Innovations offer a hiring service, please contact for more details.
If any hired items are returned broken or are returned with significant damage, your deposit will be kept to cover manufacturing fees of producing another.

When your receive your invoice you will need to check the following.

Below is a checklist for you to ensure that you have checked the final proof. Please double, triple and quadruple check. By paying the invoiced amount you have therefore agreed to the above statements and the following statements:

You are happy with the final design and layout of the proof.
You are aware that the on-screen colour may appear brighter and differ in shades on your smart phone, tablet and others devices.
You have checked that all spellings of names etc. are correct.
You agree that all grammar, scripts, numbers, symbols and artworks are correct.
You agree your name(s) are spelt correctly – (don’t forget middle or chosen names).
You agree that the content is correct.
You agree that the contact details e.g. phone, email, websites and address etc. are all correct.
The prices quoted are strictly confidential between yourself and Chohan Innovations.
Unless agreed otherwise, the total amount must be paid in full within 5 days of receiving the invoice quoting the “Invoice #” on the top right hand side of the invoice as the reference.
Once the proof has been signed off, if you do notice a mistake once printed you will have to pay full price to receive your product again.
If you have any concerns with your order, you will contact us directly via email.
If you hire anything from Chohan Innovations and it is returned damaged or broken, your deposit will not be refunded.
You have brought any problems with the above statements to our attention before sending payment.
